INTRODUCTION:-

In the era of a mobile phone, nowadays battery plays a most crucial role in mobile phones. Because if there is no battery you will not be able to do anything. Not only for the mobile phones many applications require the battery to run. Even after giving so much of mAh of battery power we still need power bank to recharge our batteries.So here we are presenting you how to make a homemade power bank to recharge your mobile battery whenever and wherever you are required. So this is the power bank which you are required, because of this the product which is under 1000Rs only.

Theory Behind This Project:-

            Power Bank operates on the principle that... we have to store the charge in a rechargeable battery when we need the power bank we will take the stored charged and sometimes we have to charge the power bank For emergency condition.Here we will use two 4v battery in series to store the energy.then we will convert the 8v power supply by the use of LM7805.For Recharging the Battery here i am using an external 12v power supply.

Parts Required:-


  1. LM7805
  2. 2 * 1000uf Capacitor
  3. 2*100uf capacitor
  4. Usb Female Pin
  5. 2 * LED
  6. DC Female Pin
  7. Tools Required.

Schematic Of This Project:-

Procedure:-

  1. Make all your parts ready and keep it in a table as shown you in the video.
  2. Do the schematic diagram as shown you in the video because it will help you proceed further without any hectic otherwise you might face a problem.
  3. Cut a piece of Vero board from the large piece to make it compact so that it will be easy to carry outside.
  4. Now fix the LM7805 to the Vero board and solder the three ends of the LM7805 as shown in the video tutorial.
  5. Bring the pair of a 1000uF capacitor and fix the negative end in between of the ground and input and between the ground and output and solder those two capacitors.
  6. Now again bring the pair of a 100uF capacitor and fix the negative end in one piece between input and 1000uF and another piece between output and 1000uF capacitor and solder those two capacitors.
  7. Now bring the green LED and fix the negative end of the diode in between the 100uF capacitor and the output point of the LM7805. and solder it as shown it in the video tutorial.
  8. Now fix the resistor from the output end to the diode because it will prevent the LED diode from the damage.
  9. Bring the USB female pin and solder the USB to the output side and fix it accordingly to the image and as shown in the video tutorial. Now fix a wire from the USB female pin to the 1000uF capacitor and solder it.
  10. Now bring another piece of LED and fix the negative end of the diode to the positive end of the LM7805 along with the poisitive end of the two capacitors of the input side.
  11. Again bring a switch and solder it in between the negative end of the diode and positive end of the LM7805 and solder it.
  12. Bring the pair of 4.5v battery and connect those two batteries with each other to make it one.
  13. Now bring the two connected batteries and fix the positive end of the battery to the positive side of the LM7805 and fix the negative end to the negative side and solder it tightly and then check whether the LED is glowing or not.
  14. Again bring another piece of LED and fix the negative end to the positive end of the LM7805 and fix the positive end to the negative side to make a charging point as shown in the video tutorial. 
  15. Now bring the pin and fix to the end of the charging point to make it a connector to charge the battery properly.
  16. Now put the whole power bank to a plastic box to make it portable so that it will be easy to carry and charge anywhere we want to.
